Centre Manager - Community Kids Bayswater
“Children have the right to feel safe and supported within their learning environment, and I vow to always uphold this throughout my career.”
I began my early childhood education and care career in 2007 and started working at Community Kids Bayswater in 2021. I hold a Diploma in Children's Services, Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management and currently studying for a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
If it is one thing working with children has taught me, it is how quick they are to learn and develop. It’s such an honour to be a part of children's learning. In child care services, children build their own independence and start forming their own identity.
Children have the right to feel safe and supported within their learning environment, and I vow to always uphold this throughout my career. Here at Community Kids Bayswater child care and early education centre, we follow all the correct health and safety procedures and protocols. We have a team of qualified, passionate, and dedicated educators who strive to provide the best care and education for the children and build strong relationships with the families.
We understand that starting at a new centre can be overwhelming, which is why we communicate with families regularly. We walk families through every step of the enrolment process. This includes enrolment forms, Child Care Subsidy (CCS), explaining subsidies, government caps, centre schedules, our centre menu and more.
I look forward to welcoming your family to Community Kids Bayswater.
