“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn”. – Benjamin Franklin.

Hi, my name is Joanne Ware and I have been working in early education for 21 years.

I hold the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Teaching with major studies in Early Childhood
  • Education and Care
  • Nominated Supervisor
  • First Aid/Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • CPR
  • Working with Children Check
What are you most proud of at your centre?

Our very capable, dedicated and passionate staff, along with our sustainability gardens.

What is your philosophy about educating children?

I wish to instill good morals and values in all children; respect all children’s families, cultures, ethnicities, race, beliefs and structure; treat each child fairly to ensure all children feel equally special; have families, communities and educators work as one; remain a lifelong advocate of children; and to maintain a constant fun, loving, safe and positive environment for each child.

I aim to provide the highest quality care, while creating a nurturing and supportive community of children. Through a play based program that attends to the whole child, I will provide a model of community that will sustain and enrich our children throughout their lives.

What message would you like to tell parents considering your centre?

Community Kids Freemans reach is a home away from home, we want you to feel welcome and comforted knowing that your children are left in the best possible care that the Hawkesbury has to offer.
