Community Kids Meadow Heights Early Education Centre

We are part of your village at Community Kids Meadow Heights Child Care Early Education Centre. Our early learning and long day care Centre is in the heart of Meadow Heights, ideally located for families living or commuting through Meadow Heights or nearby suburbs Coolaroo, Somerton, Attwood, Roxburgh Park and Greenvale. Our centre is accessible by public transport. We are open from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Spacious areas designed to inspire

When stepping into our childcare centre, you will experience a world where children are inspired to explore, learn and grow. Our spacious outdoor environments include sandpits, slides, bicycle tracks and vegetable gardens to engage all the senses. Children are provided time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoor spaces to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence.

Our indoor environments invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children marvel, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists and designers. You will also receive daily photos and updates of your child's learning and development through our parent app - Xplor.

Healthy meals freshly prepared in-house

We provide nutritious meals created daily by our in-house cook catering for all dietary requirements including halal. Opportunities to educate children on healthy eating practices are displayed as educators encourage children to assist in selecting edible plants from our vegetable garden which are used in many of our meals. As part of your busy morning routine let us treat you to a snack and coffee, available to grab and go. We also have cooking experiences with the centre cook.

Community-based early learning

Each new day is a brand-new adventure at Meadow Heights Early Education Centre. Your child will have full access to a rotating schedule of specialised programs including music and dance, sports, chicken hatching program, music and movement and bilingual storytimes. We love to engage with the community and have great community connections and are therefore able to do regular excursions to local shops and visit local school across the road.  We’re proud to run a sustainability program. We celebrate Christmas, Eid, Ramadan, Easter, Chinese New Year, Father's Day, Mother's Day and Grandparents Day. We organize a range of educational children’s shows and welcome special guests to the Centre including dental services to extend on the children’s learning.

As members of our Community Kids community, we look forward to partnering with you to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years.
