Taylor Lima
Centre Manager - Community Kids Middleton Grange
“I actively promote early childhood as a time of discovery, exploration, and development of lifelong learning skills. ”
My journey in early childhood education started in 2016. I started working with Community Kids Middleton Grange in 2019. I hold a Diploma in Children's Services. I'm currently working towards my Bachelor of Early Childhood Degree.
I am passionate about providing a warm and nurturing environment for children and families. I work hard to ensure families are comfortable leaving their children every day, as well as creating an environment where children can be themselves - learn, grow and develop at their own pace.
All children should have equal opportunities to learn. They should be respected and not discriminated against regardless of gender, age, ability, economic status, family structure, ethnicity, lifestyle, religion, culture or language. I respect and nurture each child's uniqueness and potential and actively promote early childhood as a time of discovery, exploration, and development of lifelong learning skills.
My job is to lead educators and teachers to develop innovative and exciting programs, learning stories, provocations and environments for children and families guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. Our team understands just how important your children are to you, and we ensure we take our responsibilities seriously. Community Kids Middleton Grange has extensive policies and procedures to assist our team in protecting children in our care. Every child and family member who enters our door is welcomed into a big family. We work collaboratively with families to enrich every child's life.
