Spacious areas designed to inspire
From the moment you step foot into our child care centre, you will encounter a sanctuary where children are inspired to explore, learn and grow. Our spacious outdoor environments include three large open playgrounds with a mud kitchen, slides, water-play area and a vegetable garden to explore through natural elements. Children are provided time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoor spaces to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence.
Our indoor environments invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children marvel, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists and designers. You will receive daily updates and photos detailing children’s learning and development on our parent App - Xplor.
Healthy meals freshly prepared in-house
We provide healthy, freshly made meals created daily by our in-house cook catering for all dietary requirements. Shared mealtimes between children and educators strengthen relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices. During your morning run, allow us to treat you to hot coffee and a snack.
Community-based early learning
Our educators and children explore our local community with regular excursions to nearby locations. We welcome special guests and community members to the centre based on the children's interests including the dentist. We also have connections with a local church and other organisations in the community. Our centre has many days where we celebrate all the cultures. We have family events that we highly encourage families to attend as a thank-you gift for their commitment.
No two days are the same at Community Kids Morisset Early Education Centre. Your child will have full access to a rotating schedule of engaging specialised programs including music and movement. These fun and engaging programs enhance the daily program.
Dedicated team of educators
Educators at Community Kids Morisset ensure that children feel safe, supported and challenged to learn new things and participate in new experiences. The educators seek to make sure that the environment is inviting, natural, stimulating and engaging, and that it reflects the children’s personalities and interests. Educators want to give children the best possible start on their early learning journey, which is why they focus on the children's social development, confidence and independence at a young age. Our preschool program is taught by a Bachelor-qualified early childhood teacher to prepare your child socially and emotionally for the next step in their early education journey.
As members of our Community Kids community, we look forward to partnering with you to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years. Our Family Support Team are happy to chat through your child care needs.
