We’re part of your village at Community Kids Murray Bridge Early Education Centre and believe building a kind, caring and engaging environment is paramount towards the development and education of the children. Our early learning and long day care centre is ideally located for families living or commuting through Murray Bridge.
From the moment you step into our Murray Bridge child care centre, you will experience a world where children are inspired to explore, learn and grow.
Our spacious outdoor environments include a sandpit and other exciting equipment to engage all the senses. Children are provided time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoor areas to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence.
Community Kids Murray Bridge Early Education Centre is situated in the centre of Murray Bridge which allows us to participate in regular excursions to engage and connect with our wider community. We utilise our Kindy Bus to not only transport Kindy-aged children to and from local Kindergartens but it also enables us to explore and learn about the history of our town.
Our indoor environments invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children marvel, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists and designers.
Extending upon experiences at school and at home, our Before and After School-aged care programs provide children with a positive social environment designed for play, leisure and learning. Children participate in diverse experiences, allowing them to be physical and creative and have time to relax before or after the school day.
We provide healthy, freshly made meals created daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements. Shared mealtimes between children and educators grow relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices.
Throughout the year, educators and children venture out to on excursions to our local Murray Bridge community visiting nearby parks, library and nature reserves. We also regularly welcome special community guests to the centre based on the children’s interests, including circus performers, authors and musicians. Neighbourhood connections support a sense of community and belonging for children and provide opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments.
We offer an engaging sustainability program teaching the children a sense of responsibility and connection to their world.
As members of our Community Kids community, we look forward to partnering with you to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years.
