Community Kids Campbelltown Early Education Centre
Spacious environments designed to inspire
When stepping into our childcare centre, you will experience a world where children are inspired to explore, learn and grow. Children are provided time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore our spacious outdoor spaces to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence.
The indoor environments at our child care centre invites exploration with quality resources for early learning experiences. Children marvel, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists and designers.
Healthy meals freshly prepared in-house
We provide healthy, freshly made meals and snacks created daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements, offering up to 5 meals per day. Opportunities to educate children on healthy eating practices are displayed as educators encourage children to assist in selecting edible plants from our vegetable and herb garden which are used in many of our meals. Communal mealtimes between children and educators grow relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices.
Dedicated educators to support children's learning
Each day is a brand-new adventure at our Campbelltown child care centre. Your child will have full access to a rotating schedule of specialised programs designed to enhance their learning experience, including music and dance, sports and movement, cooking and Mandarin language lessons. We have a team of multilingual, qualified and passionate educators to support your child's learning. A fitness program is also available to your child at an additional fee. You will receive daily photos and updates of your child's learning and development through our parent app - Xplor.
Community-based extracurricular activities
Our educators and children explore our local community with regular excursions to nearby locations. We are also involved in a transition program with Campbelltown Public School. We organise a range of educational children’s shows and welcome special guests to the centre including dental services, hearing tests and community service visits from Police, Fire and Ambulance to extend on the children’s learning.
We offer an engaging sustainability program teaching the children a sense of responsibility and connection to their world. Children learn about sustainability practices through our vegetable and herb garden while harvesting food, weeding, watering, and nurturing the environment. We also have a large backyard filled with natural resources including a worm farm.
