We’re Undergoing Centre Improvements!
The quality of our learning environments is of the highest importance to us. As a result of recent significant rain events, Community Kids Coomera has been impacted by water damage. As such, we are temporarily closed as we undergo centre improvements.
This means that Community Kids Coomera will remain closed to allow necessary works to be undertaken. However, we will continue to provide regular updates on the progress of works during this period and further information prior to re-opening to all current and prospective/enrolled families.
We have a number of G8 Education centres nearby with places available for your children to attend while the works to improve our centre take place. Many of the team and educators from Community Kids Coomera have temporarily transferred to nearby centres, and our dedicated Family Support Team are available to assist you in maintaining educator-child relationships in those nearby centres wherever possible.
If you have any questions, give our Family Support Team a call on 1800 512 371.

Spacious areas designed to inspire
When you step into our Upper Coomera child care and early learning centre, you will experience a world where children are inspired to explore, learn and grow. Our spacious outdoor environment includes a vegetable and herb gardens, and chickens, as well as play equipment and bike track to engage all the senses. Children are provided time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoor spaces to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence.
Our indoor environments invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children marvel, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists and designers. You will also receive daily photos and updates of your child's learning and development through our parent app - Xplor.
Healthy meals freshly prepared in-house
You won’t need to worry about packing lunch and snacks for your child. We provide healthy, freshly made meals created daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements. Shared mealtimes between children and educators grow relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices. Allow us to treat you to a hot coffee and a snack during your morning drop-off.
Community-based early learning
Each day is a brand-new adventure at Community Kids Coomera Child Care and Early Education Centre. We regularly welcome special community guests to the early learning and kindergarten centre based on the children’s interests.
Throughout the year, educators and children venture out to excursions in our local Coomera and Upper Coomera community visiting nearby parks and nature reserves. Neighbourhood connections support a sense of community and belonging for children and provide opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments.
We offer an engaging sustainability program teaching the children a sense of responsibility and connection to their world.
As members of our Community Kids community, we look forward to partnering with you to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years.
