What values are most important to you in your team members?

Dedication and commitment, respect for families and children.

What is your philosophy about educating children?

I have a vision and aim of creating a place for children to live, learn and grow. We respect and nurture the uniqueness and potential of each child and actively promote the early childhood years as a time for discovery, exploration and the development of lifelong learning skills. I am committed to providing high quality early learning and care environments, as well as innovative and exciting programs, learning stories, provocations and environments for children and their families. Our educators provide all the children with individualised learning portfolios, allowing families to see their children’s progress and learning from day one at our centre. I am a firm believer that children need to be immersed in the world around them and that every child has a right to be given the opportunity to learn, in comfortable and nurturing surroundings with familiar adults; and from this grow and develop into confident children who will have the ability to transition easily into the early childhood environments, primary school and ultimately become successful and confident adults.

What message would you like to tell parents considering your centre?

Our centre proudly offers a preschool program to ensure your child is supported for their transition to school every step of the way. With a focus on language, literacy, numeracy, social skills and more your child will become Big School Ready. We have a fantastic team of highly trained educators who are committed to providing exceptional care and education for your children. We welcome any parent involvement and have a focus on partnerships with parents and the community.

I welcome you to drop in any time to find out more about our great centre and meet our friendly and caring educators.
