We’re part of your village at Community Kids Clinton Park Early Education Centre. Our early learning and long day care centre is ideally located for families living or commuting through Clinton, Callemondah, and New Auckland. We are conveniently located close to Clinton State School, St Peter’s Anglican Church and St Johns School.
From the moment you step into our Clinton Park child care centre, you will experience a world where children are inspired to explore, learn and grow. Our spacious outdoor environments include a water play area, sandpits, cubby house, and a vegetable garden to engage all the senses. Children are provided time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoor spaces to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence.
Extending upon experiences at school and at home, our Before and After School-aged care programs provide children with a positive social environment designed for play, leisure and learning. Children participate in diverse experiences, allowing them to be physical and creative and have time to relax before or after the school day. Read more about school-aged care here.
We offer an engaging sustainability program teaching the children a sense of responsibility and connection to their world. Our program includes a connection to animals cared for in our service; guinea pigs and chickens, as well as a back garden ran by our Sustainability Officer.
Our indoor environments invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children marvel, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our team of experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists and designers.
Throughout the year, educators and children venture out to excursions in our local Clinton community visiting nearby parks and nature reserves. Neighbourhood connections support a sense of community and belonging for children and provide opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments.
As members of our Community Kids community, we look forward to partnering with you to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years.
